History
All started with a meeting held some time ago, in a late summer night, one of those nights able to change yourself, your life, the concept of time.
I do not know whether chance or fate willed that I met, that night, a farmer with whom I entertained agreeably to talk about the forthcoming harvest.
About him the most 'hit me', apart its appearance which I felt a great strength and an ancient force, was when, before saying goodbye, he said: "I am one hundred years old, and I drink wine".
I was left alone and in the silence of the night it came back strong in my mind the sound of that words.
The next day I decided to find out more about wine and reading important research I realize that those small seeds (pips) enclosed in grapes contain polyphenols, substances with exceptional antioxidants properties that effectively combat free radicals, wich are responsible for 80% of aging.
This, in addition to other unique pharmacological properties, was enogh for me to understand the deeper meaning of the peasant's words and to think about wine as a unique and extraordinary elixir of life.
